So I been driving down Sawtelle Blvd. in Los Angeles for years and always wanted to walk into this ultra-chic store.  Today I just had to get out of the office and decided to get some air (and some lunch). Well, needless to say, I grabbed a green milk tea boba and took a short walk and ended up at “happy six” and boy am I glad I did.They had the most Tokidoki items for sale that I have ever seen. They had bags, shirt, hoodies, make-up, blind boxes, hats, skate decks and jewelry.  I could not believe it!

I think the owner was working this afternoon and I asked her if I could buy her display of a “Moofia” toy.  I explained how my daughter would just love it because she has wanted it ever since she saw it online.  I guess you figured out already that I bought it for my daughter (a cute stocking stuffer )

Happy Six also has a great selection of Harajuku Lovers watches, tees and bags. They of course have a ton of Hello Kitty, too!  I was suprised at the amount of Couture Disney, Peanuts and Sesame Street tees and trinkets as well. (I love all of them!!!)

I just got home from the tokidoki signing at Mobius in Korea Town and I am still excited. Simone was there with his very beautiful girlfriend, Kaurie (spelling?) and his business partner Ivan!

I bought a poster and had Simone sign it for me as well as draw me a sketch of a little blue mermaid from the Pirata print.

I went with my toki pal Tina and we had too much fun. The signing was supposed to start at 7pm and we got in line at 5:15p.  There was a good turnout about 100+ people. The signing was limited to the first 100.  By the time it was our turn almost another hour had gone by. 

The owner of Mobius was so cool. He had his staff give everyone in line drinks and snacks! Totally different experience standing in line at Mobius than Nordstroms. We <3 Mobius!! Seriously, they carried a great selection of tees, hats, posters and toys. There were very cool tokodoki decals all over the store walls.

At first there was a limit to 1 item but then I saw Ivan taking pics for the tokidoli blog and asked him if maybe we can increase it to 2 items. He said he would see what he could do and he made it happen (We love you, Ivan! ) 

I bought 1 poster (Geisha/Blue dragons), some stickerss, 5 mini cactus pups and 2 blind box Moofia toys.  Mobius gave me a free sticker and wristband for my purchase!

I noticed Simone’s girlfriend carrying a new tokidoki shopping bag. I am so bummed that I did not get a photo of it (darn it!). She was so nice and was sporting all the tokidoki bling. I asked them both about the new Sanrio collabo and Simone said “probably Spring 08″.

I was so happy when I got home tonight to find my box from paniks toy box (www.panikstoybox.com) on my porch.  Bruttino and Carina are just too cute.  I think their boxes are just as cute as they are. 

I was hoping to get them in time for the signing this Saturday at Mobius in Los Angeles. They make a great addition to my tokidoki vinyl toy family.
